Leaps & Bounds St Joseph's - Supply

Leaps & Bounds Children’s Centre is a licensed, non-profit child care centre with 3 locations in Arnprior and Renfrew. The St Joseph's location is based out of St Joseph's Catholic School on John Street North. We offer Kindergarten and School Aged Programs.

We require supply staff in all programs. Supply staff cover regular staff when they are off for sick or vacation leave. The rate of pay is $17.79 per hour. These hours have the ability to qualifty for $2.00/hour Wage Enhancement Grant as well. 

This posting is for an already existing position which has opened up and it requires:

• Current CPR/Standard First Aid
• Current Criminal Reference Check for the Vulnerable Sector
• Proof of up to date immunizations (tetanus, etc)
• Letter of clear health from health care practitioner
• WHMIS, AODA, Health & Safety, CCEYA certificates (we can help a successful candidate secure these certificates)

Recommended:

• Knowledge of CCEYA and HDLH

Considered an Asset:

• Experience with kinder and school aged children in a licensed childcare centre
• Experience with children with special needs
• Child centered educational background (RECE, DSW, etc)
